About The Position

PTO and Paid Holidays Paid License Renewal after 2 years of employment Free Parking Job Responsibilities: Supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls. Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds Qualifications: Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Tennessee required At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time nurses. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Tennessee required
- Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
- Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
- Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
