About The Position

Located in the scenic lakeshore town of Spring Lake, our facility offers a warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff. As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) at Heartwood Lodge, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. You’ll work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that care plans are followed and that residents receive the attention and support they deserve. Wage information: Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 PT, $3.00 shift differential for Night shift (6:00a-6:15p) Includes $3.40/hr MI wage pass (through 9/30/26) Hourly rate based on years licensed
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN certification
- Experience in a long-term care setting

- Familiarity with electronic health records
- Supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Direct Resident Care: Administer medications, perform wound care, assist with mobility, and monitor vital signs.
- Supervision: Oversee nursing staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all practices meet federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with the Director of Nursing or Clinical Care Coordinator to uphold quality care standards.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing resident care and facility operations.
