About The Position

As a License Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to the residents. Your compassion, clinical expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to our residents' overall health and happiness. This role is full-time, second shift with 10 days worked in a biweekly pay period, with one weekend worked per pay period. Shift hours are 2:45pm to 11pm. Sign-on Bonus offered as well as shift differentials, weekend differentials, and attendance bonus. Starting pay of $35 an hour.

Requirements

  • RN/LPN licensure in Indiana
  • Knowledge of medical language and terminology
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Basic understanding of standard computer systems and office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administering medications and treatment, and maintaining proper charting for the unit, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high standard of resident care through quality nursing.
  • Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident, family, and staff.
