About The Position
Filling Homes is looking for 2nd and 3rd shift (6pm - 6am) LPNs and RNs at our residential facility in Napoleon, OH. Filling Homes provides care to children and adults with developmental disabilities. We want to talk to you whether you’re a seasoned pro, a recent grad, or planning to graduate soon. Our employees experience a sense of teamwork and comradery that’s seldom felt elsewhere. We keep our nurse-to-patient ratio low. That means the quality of care you give our residents is unmatched. In fact, coming to work can end up feeling more like you’re spending time with family! We’ll answer your questions during orientation and extend that time, if needed, until you feel comfortable. We don’t require that you manage STNAs or DSPs. We want your focus to be on building relationships and ensuring our residents get the kind of care you love to give.
