Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long-term care nurse
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical leader for the nursing unit’s daily operations
• Supervises nursing assistants and support staff
• Coordinates comprehensive care and treatment plans for residents
• Performs regular health assessments
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations
• Manages medication administration
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
