About The Position

Join our Rehab team as an LPN/RN for a Monday 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift! Provide skilled care to residents on their recovery journey, work alongside a supportive team, and make a meaningful impact every day. Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to join our Rehab team for our Monday 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our short-term rehab residents, supporting their recovery and promoting independence. Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions, documenting changes accurately.
• Collaborate with the rehab team, including therapists and aides, to implement individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
