We are hiring Nurses RN/LPN PT/PRN!! PRN Requirements are one 12 hour shift per week. Day Shift Hours - 6am-6pm Night Shift Hours - 6pm-6am. The role involves providing quality nursing services to meet the needs of each resident by performing essential duties such as making daily rounds on assigned units, ensuring the provision of resident care, and regularly assisting with care plans to promote the highest level of resident physical, social, and mental well-being. The nurse will also ensure proper communication of resident care matters, train and develop staff, maintain proper documentation, and report relevant information to the Director of Nursing or designee. Additionally, the nurse will participate in survey processes, provide for employee and resident safety, perform quality assessment and assurance functions, and assist with the development and update of policies and procedures to reflect the facility philosophy, professional standards, and legal requirements. This position requires the ability to read and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents; respond to common inquiries or complaints from residents, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; and possess excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The role also demands good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to organize, document, and implement detailed programs, and physical capabilities such as standing, sitting, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 75 pounds or more, bending, climbing, twisting upper body, walking, running, and carrying.
