Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in Ohio
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and flexibility to pick up shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with STNAs and the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes
- Support a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for all residents
