Requirements

  • Current RN or LPN license in Ohio
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and flexibility to pick up shifts as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes promptly
  • Collaborate with STNAs and the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes
  • Support a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for all residents
