Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license
- A passion for patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required — training provided
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes
- Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing for complex medical needs
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families
