About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Irmo, SC and surrounding areas. Since 2000, Angels of Care has been dedicated to providing care for the medically fragile community, operating under the core values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (HALOS). This role involves delivering direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily within their home environment. Nurses will play a crucial role in making a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families by focusing on their medical needs, administering treatments, coordinating care, and educating family members.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
• 1 year experience required

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
