About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes in Jacksonville, NC and surrounding areas. Nurses will focus on patient medical needs, conduct assessments, administer medications and therapies, coordinate care, educate families, and implement preventative initiatives to ensure quality care. Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN/LVN license
  • Provide care in a client home setting
  • Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
  • Coordination of care.
  • Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
  • Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
