About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join their team in Lincolnton, NC, and surrounding areas. Nurses in this role will provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily within their home environment, making a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
