LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile children and young adults primarily in their homes. Nurses will work full-time and part-time shifts, with days, nights, and weekends available, including flexible 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts. The mission is to deliver high-quality home health care in a loving, caring, and professional manner.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
- Provide care in a client home setting.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of adult patients primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
