About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Hickory, NC and surrounding areas. The company has been providing care for the medically fragile community across the nation since 2000, operating on values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (#HALOS). Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home, following the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. The role involves making a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families. Requirements

Active RN or LPN/LVN license
Provide care in a client home setting
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordination of care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
