About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Cornelius, NC and surrounding areas. This role involves providing direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home, making a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
