LPN/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the position

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) in Murphy, NC. We provide private duty nursing in Buncombe and surrounding counties now. Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

Requirements

• Active LPN/RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Provide care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
