Requirements

• Active Missouri RN or LPN (or Compact) license
• Strong assessment & communication skills
• Compassionate and dependable
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Perfect for nurses burned out from facility work, semi-retired nurses, or anyone wanting flexible, meaningful care in their own community

Responsibilities

• Skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home
• Medications & treatments
• Monitor and document condition
• Support and educate family
• Collaborate with Phoenix clinical team
