Requirements
- Active Missouri RN or LPN (or Compact) license
- Strong assessment & communication skills
- Compassionate and dependable
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Perfect for nurses burned out from facility work, semi-retired nurses, or anyone wanting flexible, meaningful care in their own community
Responsibilities
- Skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home
- Medications & treatments
- Monitor and document condition
- Support and educate family
- Collaborate with Phoenix clinical team
