About The Position

At Phoenix, we are seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes. This purpose-driven role allows nurses to step away from crowded units and into a focused care environment, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Passion for patient-centered care
