About The Position
IntelliChoice Home Care is seeking amazing nurses (LPNs and RNs) for 1:1 patient care in small-town communities. Nurses will provide individualized care to patients of all ages with complex medical needs, including those requiring trach/vent support. IntelliChoice Home Care is committed to skill growth and offers ongoing training, including for trach/vent care. The role offers flexible schedules and the opportunity to work close to home, caring for neighbors and community members.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
- Current CPR certification (in-person only)
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages
- Support families
- Ensure safe, high-quality care
