Your detail-oriented, responsive in critical situations, and committed to delivering the highest quality care. You’re also a team player who communicates well and builds trust with residents and colleagues alike. Responsibilities As an LPN or RN on the night shift, you will oversee and deliver resident care in our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units. Responsibilities include: Coordinating nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards Administering medications, treatments, and providing direct care per care plans Monitoring residents’ conditions and responding to changes appropriately Supporting residents’ overall well-being and comfort overnight Accurately documenting care using electronic medical records Collaborating with other departments and communicating effectively with families Requirements Current Ohio RN or LPN license Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably senior living or hospital care Understanding of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Requirements

Current Ohio RN or LPN license
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably senior living or hospital care
Understanding of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
