About The Position

Must possess a current South Carolina license Monday thru Friday – 40 hours per week ( will float between sites and work where needed ) Job duties include but are not limited to: Administer skilled nursing care to patients according to their physical and emotional needs in accordance with the medical plan of care. Documentation of care provided should be input into electronic medical record during patient encounter. Follow up provided should be entered into electronic medical record within 24 hours. Phone messages to be follow up on daily with documentation. Assists with other nursing procedures as directed by the Nursing Supervisor , DON, or other providers . Insures safety of patients. Participates in the patient/family educational process. Performs in whichever capacity a patient condition, census and/or staffing level necessitates within the realm of practice . Assumes responsibility for e nsuring continued professional/technical growth. Administers medications per provider orders. Performs any other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Salary scales are a range of pay and offers are made to applicants based upon the requirements of the particular position. Applicants with “previous like skills” may not be given the same weight and consideration as “previous specific same skills”: i.e., For a Medical Receptionist position, “Previous clerical skills” may not be preferred over “Previous Medical Clerical Skills”
