Your Role as a Home Care LPN As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll deliver one-on-one care using cutting-edge technology and your clinical expertise. You'll assess, plan, and implement care that truly makes a difference-right in the patient's home.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active Indiana LPN license.
• 1+ year of acute care experience (home care preferred).
• Phlebotomy & wound care experience a plus.
• NAPNES or equivalent med administration certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one patient care using cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise.
• Assess, plan, and implement care in the patient's home.
