Elderwood is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), referred to as a Resident Care Supervisor, to join their clinical team. This role is suitable for both seasoned LPNs interested in lower acuity patients and graduate nurses seeking to gain field confidence, offering rewarding experiences in Assisted Living Communities. The Resident Care Supervisor (LPN) for Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) ensures the general health and well-being of residents by providing nursing care. Key responsibilities include assisting with medications, monitoring personal care by Resident Assistants, and reporting resident care and condition changes to the next shift and the Resident Care Manager. Elderwood's assisted living and adult home communities foster independence while providing necessary assistance with daily needs, including chores like cooking, cleaning, laundry, medication management, and personal care. The caring staff is dedicated to resident comfort and safety, mindful of personal needs, and coordinates important health services.
