About The Position

Join our dynamic team as the LPN Resident Care Coordinator (RCC)! This is a 2nd shift position at the LLV Village at Inverness campus, our Assisted Living Memory Care. Lutheran Life Villages is looking for a compassionate nurse leader to ensure our residents receive the best care possible while providing supervision for nursing floor staff. WHO YOU ARE: You are a compassionate, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) committed to delivering high quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. You understand the unique needs of those living with dementia and value teamwork, attention to detail, and a calm, respectful approach in all interactions. You are dependable, confident in your clinical skills, and passionate about ensuring residents receive the care and dignity they deserve. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care delivery Support admissions, discharges, and care transitions Monitor quality measures, safety, and infection control Mentor and train nursing staff Some weekend on-call duties WHAT YOU NEED: LPN with active Indiana license 2+ years in long-term care with supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills WHY JOIN US?
