About The Position
We have an opportunity for a LPN to further their nursing skills as a leader and develop strong bonds with their residents and coworkers! The team is looking for a LPN to work PT Weekend Track Nights (7:00pm-7:00am every other weekend) and are willing to help train those looking to change direction in their nursing career! Eddy Hawthorne Ridge is a 66 bed assisted living community on 14 beautiful acres in East Greenbush, New York. The residents of Hawthorne Ridge do not need high-level nursing care just a little extra assistance. The team provides care in a residential setting, thoughtfully designed for individuals with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias.
