As a PRN LPN, you will have the flexibility to make your own schedule and pick up shifts that work for you. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. You will ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents, contribute to their assessment, administer medications or treatments as ordered, and document resident interactions as needed. This role requires the ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary care team and communicate clearly while maintaining confidentiality.
