Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the State of Mississippi, without restrictions
- BLS certification by The American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, quality care and utilize best nursing practices to make a positive impact for our residents
- Provide direct care to the residents
- Work in conjunction with Respiratory Therapists to manage tracheostomies and ventilators
- Interact daily with residents, meeting their medical and psychosocial needs
- Interact with the Medical Director to facilitate resident needs
- Interact with management and administrative staff to enhance facility function
- Oversee care provided by CNA's
