About The Position
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse – Private Duty – Full Time or PRN – Days or Nights Days - 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - 3/12’s or 4/12’s with alternating weekends Nights - 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. – 3/12’s or 4/12’s with alternating weekends Patient Location – Rock Island, Tennessee Offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package and benefit eligibility upon start date HomeFirst Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Tennessee. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital or skilled nursing facility; previous private duty / home healthcare experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
