About The Position
LPN Private Duty Caregiver for Complex Medical Needs Rate: $37/hr Location: Dumont, NJ Position Type: Full-Time (40hrs/wk) Shifts Available: Monday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday 3:00pm - 11pm Medical Conditions and Needs: Our patient is a 26-year-old individual with complex medical needs. They have a history of static encephalopathy, respiratory distress syndrome, bronchiopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), and have required respiratory support through a ventilator and oxygen. The patient also has malabsorption syndrome. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience in providing care for individuals with complex medical needs is highly preferred. Knowledge of tracheostomy care, ventilator management, Gtube feeding, and medical interventions is essential. Certification in CPR and basic life support is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dedicated caregiving team. Requirements
