About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for private duty 1:1 homecare in Ocean County. The company was founded on the principle that health care gets better when clients receive better care at home. BAYADA cares for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. They offer flexible scheduling, one-to-one care ratios, and comprehensive support including paid training from day one, practice with award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs, and 24/7 on-call clinical support to ensure nurses feel comfortable and competent. The role involves delivering compassionate, excellent, and reliable care to clients in their homes, with opportunities for various shifts including morning, evening, or overnight, and full shift work (8s, 10s, or 12s).
Requirements
- Current nursing license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one private duty homecare to clients
- Care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
- Potentially care for clients with tracheostomies and ventilators
- Potentially provide care during lower acuity overnight pediatric shifts
