Our Practical Nurses (LPN) are a part of our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You'll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting-edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team. Requirements

• A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan.
• Current CPR certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized care to patients in various areas including orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology.
• Evaluate patient needs and administer care autonomously.
• Prepare personalized guest care plans and implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation.
• Develop solutions to difficult problems concerning guest well-being.
• Provide excellent customer service and deliver passionate, innovative care.
