About The Position

Warren Haven has New Leadership!!! We are currently seeking a qualified, team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the following openings. Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervision and of residents' care under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Immediate Openings for 3pm to 11pm and 11pm-7am. New Rates Available. Warren Haven is conveniently located a few miles from RT 80, 4 miles off of RT 31 and 2 miles from RT46 in Beautiful Warren County NJ.

Requirements

• Valid and Active Nursing License in NJ
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residents
• Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to assure nursing care is provided according to physician's orders
• Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs as well as determines staffing requirements
• Assesses the needs of each resident, and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan
• Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan
• Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties
