About The Position

The Senior Street Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Signs & Markings crew in traffic markings and sign maintenance with installation and repairs. This position requires attendance for a non-rotating 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.

Requirements

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
• Forklift certification required within 1 year of hire.
• Attend Traffic Control and Flagger classes as available.
• A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance by instructing and training personnel on work quality.
• Monitor quality and amount of materials applied and ensure proper sign and markings installation, repair, and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Ensure work is performed in an efficient and timely manner and all safety rules are followed.
• Perform administrative duties by completing work order information, injury and accident reports, time detail edits, maintain material inventory and complete disciplinary documentation/actions.
• Provide customer service by investigating complaints and claims.
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
