Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin (or equivalent)
- Current CPR certification
- 6 months to 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet resident needs
- Document observations and nursing interventions clearly and accurately
- Assign and lead CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels
- Maintain a caseload of 14–65 residents, depending on assignment
