About the Role: As a Part-Time Supervising Nurse (LPN or RN) , you'll be responsible for the admission and ongoing monitoring of our home care clients. Your expertise will ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted Georgia LPN or RN licensure (an active license is required).
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.
  • Commitment to scheduling and visiting a minimum of 10 clients per month .
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current TB.
  • For this position, a background check is required.

Responsibilities

  • Completing initial assessments and developing individualized nursing care plans.
  • Conducting supervisory visits to monitor clients' progress and overall well-being.
  • Providing essential supervision, guidance, and education to our nursing assistants, clients, and their families on topics like infection, accident, and injury prevention.
  • Communicating with the RN Supervisor regarding any changes to the Plan of Care.
  • Documenting your visits in a timely manner (written or electronic reports).
