Webster at Rye is currently seeking a Part-Time or Per Diem LPN or RN for 6a-2p on Saturday and Sunday or 10p-6a during the week (no weekends). As the nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems, administering nursing care to ill, disabled, convalescent, or injured patients, maintaining vital medical records, implementing nursing care plans, advising patients on health maintenance, and providing guidance about preventative services, such as health screenings and medications. Administration of medications as prescribed by physician and performing treatments as prescribed and necessary. Accurately reporting patient symptoms, reactions and progress, and being responsible for recording of medications, treatments and observations. Maintaining a comfortable, orderly, safe environment for residents, staff and self. Assuming all other duties as assigned by DNS. Demonstrate knowledge and competence in her/his area of practice by vigilant patient observation and assessment. Development and implementation of nursing care plans and therapeutic interpersonal relation­ships with patients and their families. Should demonstrate the ability to supervise and teach other personnel and maintain up-to-date knowledge. Qualifications should include graduation from a state accredited school of nursing, current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of New Hampshire and progressive experience in the nursing field. Requirements
