Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on patient care and monitor patient progress
- Assess symptoms, document outcomes, and contribute to care planning
- Administer medications per nursing standards and correctional guidelines
- Carry out treatment plans as ordered by providers
- Perform physical assessments, emergency response, and critical thinking interventions
- Practice within State Scope of Practice and facility protocols
