Requirements

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Arizona.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred, but not required—we provide paid training.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one care to pediatric patients during overnight shifts in their homes.
Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and medical professionals to carry out care plans.
Administer medications, monitor patient health, and maintain accurate documentation.
Educate families on how to manage their child’s medical needs.
Uphold Arizona state regulations and DNI standards.
