About The Position

Devereux's new Medically Complex Program is designed to serve youth with complex medical needs who require 24-hour nursing care, and are therefore not able to safely reside in a home setting. Many youth in this program, although they have many strengths and abilities, do present with sensory impairments, Intellectual Disabilities, physical impairments, self-care skill deficits, or conditions that require use of medical equipment. We use an interdisciplinary team approach to meet the unique needs of each youth and we provide them with enriching, fun, and diverse opportunities to grow and learn. Our goal is to help each child in our care reach their full potential. You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and be a current Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Massachusetts.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
