About The Position
This position is for an LPN or RN seeking a clinic position. The position would be working in a cardiology clinic in Grand Rapids! Our Nurses enjoy some notable benefits: Pay Range: $35-$37 an hour (LPN) and $39-$41 an hour (RN) No weekends or holidays required. Cannot be mandated to stay past your shift Weekly Pay Performance-based pay increases Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). (eligible after 1yr of 1000 hours worked) As a nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: Conducting, recording, and analyzing vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and EKGs. Work with a team of physicians, Nurses, CNAs and aides to deliver excellent patient care Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor Assist in carrying out physician’s orders, patient care and prescribed treatments Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment Assisting with stress tests, halter monitor placement, and other diagnostic tests. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan – BSN not required
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
