About The Position

This position supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. The role is responsible for assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. Additionally, the Medical Assistant coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures a positive patient experience.

Requirements

Must have successfully completed accredited Medical Assistant program OR Must have successfully completed accredited LPN program
MA Certification/Registration required within one year (if MA)
LPN License in the state of Iowa (if LPN)

Nice To Haves

MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire
