About The Position

Administer medications, injections, wound care, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress. Assist with personal care needs as appropriate to the nursing scope of practice. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in compliance with state and agency requirements. Promote safety and infection control for clients and coworkers. Recognize and report changes in client condition, as appropriate. Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs. Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state(s) of employment.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication, observation, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Compliance with HIPPA and all privacy and confidentiality policies.
  • Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of nursing experience in home health.
