What You’ll Be Doing Greet, prepare, and room patients—collecting medical history and vital signs to set the tone for a smooth visit. Prepare exam rooms and necessary supplies—ensuring efficiency and a calm environment for both patient and provider. Assist with minor procedures—such as suture/staple removal, dressing applications, reproductive health procedures—within your scope. Draw lab specimens, conduct point-of-care testing, and accurately update patient charts and records. Provide administrative and logistical support—handling referrals, authorizations, appointment confirmations, and billing assistance.
