About The Position

The LPN position at Omaha Acute Rehabilitation involves working in a comprehensive physical and medical rehabilitation program that serves patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cancer, cardiac, and other neurological issues. The role is full-time, with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, totaling 36 hours per week. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered for this position.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
• CPR certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patients.
• Compiles, compares, and records patient care information.
• Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes.
• Attends shift report at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members.
• Collaborates with the clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care.
• Communicates effectively with physicians, families, and patients.
