LPN OBGYN Medical Group Per Diem
About The Position
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for a Per Diem LPN to join outpatient OBGYN Office in Watertown. The LPN supports patients and providers in a fast-paced specialty practice focused on Women's Health. What you will do: Collaborate closely with our physicians and the care team to coordinate care and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively. Responsible for caring for OBGYN patients, triage, speaking with patients regarding test results, scheduling follow up appointments and acting as a liaison between the physician and patient
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
- Licensure: Current Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN in Connecticut.
- Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC)
- Experience required for per diem.
