Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and monitor patient progress
- Assess symptoms, document care, and develop nursing plans
- Administer medications according to nursing standards and correctional guidelines
- Follow established treatment plans and provider orders
- Perform physical assessments, critical thinking, and emergency interventions
- Practice confidently within State Scope of Practice and SHP policies
