About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Health and Wellness Coordinator to join our team at Brookdale Skyline. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional with a strong clinical or wellness background with skilled nursing or long-term care experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about promoting resident health, safety, and quality of life. The Health and Wellness Coordinator plays a key role in supporting clinical services, coordinating wellness initiatives, and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centered care in accordance with Colorado state regulations.
