Nurse Residency Program Our Nurse Residency Program makes launching your nursing career both easy and rewarding, offering the most comprehensive training and mentorship available in the rapidly growing field of home health care. We can’t wait to meet you! Pay: Starting at $29/hour during the 8-week residency program. Upon program completion, pay increases to starting rate of $31/hour . Requirements

• Active nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or a multistate nursing license
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma); graduation date (not license date) must be within the last year
