Nurse Residency Program Our Nurse Residency Program makes launching your nursing career both easy and rewarding, offering the most comprehensive training and mentorship available in the rapidly growing field of home health care. Requirements

  • Active nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or a multistate nursing license
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma); graduation date (not license date) must be within the last year

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships while providing safe, one-on-one care
  • Monitor and assess clients’ conditions
  • Follow, execute, and accurately document physicians’ orders
  • Perform comprehensive client assessments
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to nursing care
